• Buns: Steam only for soft, fluffy results.
• Regular dumplings: Can be steamed, boiled, or pan-fried.
• Air Fryer Edition dumplings: Made especially for the air fryer — that’s where they turn out best.

Whichever way you cook them, make sure they’re fully cooked and piping hot before serving.

For the best results, keep the dumplings frozen while separating. Take the bag straight from the freezer and, with the tray side facing down, tap it firmly on the counter a few times. Then open the bag — if any dumplings are still stuck together, gently tap their bases against each other or use the back of a spatula to loosen them. This helps break the ice without damaging the dumplings.
