Return Policy for Retail Customers
Because we care about your safety, we’re unable to accept returns on any food products once they’ve been collected or delivered, in line with food safety regulations.
However, if something doesn’t seem quite right with your order, we’d love to hear from you. Please email us at info@oldcountryfood.co.nz with your order details and photos of the product, packaging and barcode if you can. We’ll look into it straight away and do our best to make it right.
