Delivery Policy
We deliver across the Auckland metro area (see the blue zone on the map below).
- Free delivery for orders over $100
- $10 flat fee under $100
- We deliver directly to your doorstep on weekdays, following the schedule below:
- North Auckland – Wednesday
- South Auckland – Monday & Thursday
- East Auckland – Monday & Thursday
- West Auckland – Tuesday & Friday
- Central Auckland – Tuesday & Friday
Because our products are frozen, someone must be home to receive the delivery. Please make sure they are placed in the freezer immediately after delivery to keep them at their best.
If no one is home and the products are left out and thawed, we unfortunately can’t guarantee the quality or taste, and won’t be able to offer a replacement. We really appreciate your understanding.
When placing your order, please:
- Provide a contact phone number
- Let us know if there are special instructions for accessing your front door
- Let us know if there are any dogs on the property
